GT Dave became interested in spirituality at a young age. Friends and family fostered his curiosity, eventually gifting him a Himalayan Mother SCOBY. He quickly became intrigued by Kombucha’s supposedly ancient healing properties. When his mother used Kombucha to overcome her own health problems, GT Dave’s life path was laid clear. At the tender age of 15, this trailblazer began brewing the sacred elixir and bottling it in his parents’ kitchen. Twenty years later, and GT’s has stayed true to its roots. They still produce a variety of delicious, fermented beverages, all of which are raw, organic and handcrafted in small batches. Their products are always cultured and never compromised, and the family-owned and operated business continues to get its innovative spirit from mother nature.
