Ingredients

1 cup of milk or dairy-free mylk

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 banana

1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated 

2 tbsp hemp seeds

small pinch of black pepper

1 tsp raw or manuka honey


Instructions

Blend ingredients and enjoy! (Add more water if you want thinner consistency)
