Melisa Centofanti of Chento Nutrition will be continuing the Cooking 101 series in collaboration with Community Natural Foods beginning in January of 2022.
Whether you are new or an experienced home cook, you will have an opportunity to expand on your kitchen repertoire through this series. Learn new twists on traditional favorite recipes and get some tips for smoother kitchen function each month. If you are looking for some great healthy whole food dishes that you can prepare in 40 minutes or less, this series is for you.
Each months’ dish gives consideration to seasonality of ingredients, options for special diets, and health information. Tune into my kitchen via Zoom and let’s get to know each other through some darn good food.
