Don't throw away the crusts or any stale bread you may have, turn them into breadcrumbs instead.

Ingredients

Stale bread - regular or gluten free

Spices of your choosing

Instructions:

1. Grind your dried bread scraps in a food processor (better) or a blender. Add dried herbs to your taste.

2. Grind to your preferred coarseness and put in a sealed jar. For guaranteed freshness, keep in refrigerator.

3. If you don’t have a blender, place broken-up dried bread pieces in a sealed plastic bag and bang them with a roller. Then roll them until the desired texture is obtained.
